Vitamin D deficiency
When you don’t have enough vitamin D in your body, it can cause low calcium level in your body. Our bones, kidneys and muscles majorly rely on calcium. Due to deficiency of vitamin D, you may lose your bone density and strength, which will lead to joint pains.
